What's in a name? What does "The Threaded Branch" mean?

I began searching for a name for my store 3 years ago. I wanted something to reflect my passion - sewing and creating. I wanted to offer items for natural parenting, yet did not want to limit myself to cloth diapers only. I wanted to be able to "Branch out."

"Threaded" comes from the threads of sewing and threads of life that weave throughout my family as we experience new times in our lives. "Branch" came about as a wish to portray a branch or part of life - my creativity and sewing.

The Threaded Branch opened 2 1/2 years ago as a cloth diapering store. Karrie, the owner, has now branched out into many more items to offer such as knitting needle rolls, clothing and wetbags.

Karrie is the Mom of 3 boys ages 8, 4, and 2 and she now has a baby girl, 4 months old. Her husband is a huge support as she tries to create and sew. Life is crazy and hectic but filled with fun, love and surprises.
